Decent place to work if can work rotating shift schedule. Most jobs are on rotating shift schedule. If you can do that the pay and benefits are very good. If you come in and do a decent job, with time you can bid better jobs in company. Pros Pay and benefits. Cons Rotating swing shifts! Been here a while, enjoy working here but pay structure is terrible. It takes about 7 years to reach full pay where it's actually worth doing swing shifts.
You're certified in about 2 years but not paid for it until your 6th 7th year. If you're not working five 12 hour shifts a week max aloud you're not making real money. Maxed out pay plan makes really good money but you shouldn't to give up so much of your life day in and day out for 7 years to get it.
