M3 cheat file

Anyways i think it has something to do with how i updated my r4 firmware. This is a great guide, but it seems that I have a slight problem. I'll try to be as specific as possible so hopefully my question can be answered. Since I just got my R4 a few days ago, it had nothing on the microSD card at all, so I downloaded the 1. That would suck because first I had a regular m3 that took full SD, then I got the mini, which took miniSD, and well as of late, I am getting disappointed with it, as I have to do the arm7 fix for most of the new games, and newest games like Megaman ZX Advent dont even work at all yet even with the arm7 fix.
