Watch our Welcome Guide to learn how to use this site. Joined Feb 15, Messages 1. I had to reinstall Address Book version 7. You may try to import the address book saved on the Parsons address book to Windows Live Mail, however we are not sure if the address book saved in the Parsons can be imported to the Windows Live mail as we do not know the format of the address book of the Parsons address book.
I have been using an old version of Parsons Address Book 6. It is incompatible with Windows 7 and will not run in compatible mode. At this point I am using it on the side on an old laptop with Windows XP. Is there a free address book that is similar and that will import my Address Book files to the new format that I can use with Windows 7? I really don't want to begin an address book from scratch. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. AB2 file was being updated each time I used the program. I bought and installed it. It messed up my AB 6. I copied and pasted the ptabimp3. But something that happened when I installed UMM messed things up. So I will have to reinstall the program, or live without the Event Reminder, which is a main reason I use this Excellent Program. Reinstalling will take a long time, as I have a lot of Customized Print jobs.
I wish they would just update this excellent program. Was this reply helpful?
