The investigation can take up to five business days to be resolved. If an item is deemed to be "Delivered" on Australia Post tracking information, and for some reason you have still not received your order, please contact them directly.

He loves how this maxi is foldable! The scooter seem to be well made and packaged well. The instructions however on how to unfold the scooter was not clear and the lever was hard to pull up on to get it to fold up. I fought with this for sometime before finally getting it. This is the fourth scooter we purchased.
The first two were different brands but the last two were Maxi Deluxe foldable and they are by far more superior than the first two scooters we have. My kids are super excited to ride it around the neighborhood. We had a few scooters over the years. This one by far the best for my 5 year old. Easy to maneuver and fold. Fun to go on walks.
